Ending Animation

The animation was illustrated by Hayley, while I was responsible for the final editing and music.

I used the first half of a track I composed for the game as the background music for the ending animation. I also applied a reversed playback effect to part of the original animation to add a new layer of narrative.

As Rose’s diary closes once more, the warmth of her mother, Laura, fades away, signalling that everything before the closing was just a memory. What Rose is left with now is the harsh truth: she is alone.
