This is my first reflection after 5 weeks, I will reflect on everything I’ve done thus far for the team and my personal development.
Team : Me, Xane and E-jay would usually have team meetings after lectures and talk about the progress of the game , what tasks were completing that week and discussing any goals / problems we were facing that week. To later document the tasks either on discord or a shared google docs for the rest to check on. I enjoyed having these meetings since it felt easier to assign tasks together and talking to Sophie and Vanissa about our game.
I also liked that Xane and E-jay were supportive of my pixel art and understood it may take me longer to complete few animations since I’m new to creating animations whilst also giving me tips / any updates I had to tweak.

Art skills : I would say I have improved on my pixel art knowledge and animation skills. Using mainly Aesprite after being recommended by Xane and E-jay. I’m happy with the current characters designs I’ve created thus far for the team and hopefully I can keep on improving.

New goals: The next few weeks I would like to continue develop :
- how to apply knowledge gained from a range of sources toward the development of a personal Game Design Document.
- I can do this by continuing to research and implementing it to my final decision making its clear that it has impacted the final design.
- refine key processes related to different stages of and produce a game
- I can do this by making key points of development of what changed / was kept the same in my design choices.
- confidently use a range of appropriate design and technical skills.
- I can show this my exploring and showing different iterations of my designs.
