Description
We will discuss the different design roles within the context of a team. We will set expectations, manage problems, explore conflict resolution techniques, and develop soft skills.
Outcomes
- Students will deepen their understanding of each of the design roles and the requirements that come with them
- Students will have written documentation of the expectations of themselves and each other
- Students will learn how to develop and pitch soft skills

Reflection :
After this lecture we talked about the expectations, how to manage problems, how to explore conflict resolution techniques within our team and what tasks to work on for this week. We used the Miro app to show each other how much we did and the timeline, this helped us organize how much we had left to do and also helped us communicate what stage we were all at.
