Description
Thursday’s session: Sophie will give a short introduction to Trello as a Project Management software. Groups will create their own project timelines.
Outcomes
- Students will understand the fundamentals of production and project management in games
- Students will be familiar with project management software
- Groups will have a detailed project timeline which they can update throughout the course of the module

Reflection :
After this lecture we thought about and discussed about the tasks from last week and new tasks for this week. I had already began trying pixel art however the aspect was wrong, therefore I had to retry it in a different size. To avoid this happening again we made a set aspect for the rooms. We applied today’s lectures by revising our Lament plan and making a few changes by breaking down variables into deliverables and tasks. For example,
- Create new character > concept art > 3d modelling > rig/animate.
- I prioritized what characters to make with what my teammates were working on so when they were finished with the coding they can just implement it with my design.
