Our first lesson of week 3 was mainly a catch up on teamwork and soft skills after our first proper week of work and planning. Knowing your team is very important, for example such things as:
- Work Preferences
- Noise Levels
- Alone or Team-focused
- Strengths
- Weaknesses
- Preferred methods of communication
I usually prefer to work on my own in certain contexts, but for this project I believe that working together in some capacity is important for quick and easy communication. My team unfortunately could not make it to this Monday session but there was still plenty of opportunity for planning, which I then did via post-it notes and a timeline of the week, similar to the Project view on GitHub.
Our second lesson of week 3 was essentially dedicated to catching up after this and informing my team of the project plan.
