AUDIO
After doing some research I found a series of audio examples and sound effects that can be used within my game to give it some immersion. Players would be recommended to wear headphones to give that more immersive experience.
Pressing / Interacting:
This sound effect can represent the sound of objects or characters being clicked once the player has interacted with them.
Type 1 is the preferred noise
Heart beating:
This sound effect can represent the sound of Emily’s heart when she is dealing with the panic attack in scene 10. Use anywhere from 14 seconds up until 27 seconds to build up the intensity.
Heavy Breathing
This sound effect can represent the sound of Emily’s breathing when she is dealing with the panic attack in scene 10.
Maple Purring
This sound effect can represent the sound of Maple purring when being interacted with. In scene 3 & 14
Classroom Ambience
This sound effect can represent the sound of when Emily is in the classroom and other students are being loud. Scene 8 & 9.
Music throughout
This music is to be played throughout the whole game, however it needs to be subtle so not to over power the rest of the game so have it play quietly and at 0.75 playback speed. In scene 12 and at the end increase the volume so that it seems as though the players have put on the headphones when Emily does and so that it has a nice outro.
Also this music needs to be credited: massobeats – midnight
