This is where you’ll find all the developmental stages from looking at mood boards, thumbnail sketches, concept art, colour testing, receiving feedback, developing on those iterations and then finally the final product which myself and my team have come to an agreement.

I firstly started by revisiting Riya’s Blog and looking at what inspired her Mermaid Café mood board + what images she included so then I could go and later develop my own mood board while also considering the choices that she made.
Riya’s Mood Board
Points I took away:
- Pastel colours (particularly pink)
- Booths for choice of sitting
- Hello kitty café inspired?
- Yummy treats visible
- Natural lighting
- Cute, Pretty feeling

My Response
After seeing her concept art for how she wanted the mermaid café to look, I would say that I was on the right track with what I took away from her mood board. So my next steps are to go away and create my own mood board, thumbnail sketches, receive feedback & start creating the café.
