I kick started this week by creating my first iterations of the exterior of the Mermaid Café, following on from the thumbnail sketches I had created and sent over to the group, we came to a decision that they liked thumbnail 2 which can be found here: https://year2.wsagames.com/is3g23/mood-board-⋆-mermaid-cafe-exterior/

Following a similar process to the Mermaid Café & Violet’s Bedroom I started with doing the line work to help me envision what the exterior of the Mermaid Café would look like. Which I then sent over to the group to receive further feedback.
Feedback Received
The feedback that I received was positive and the group seemed happy with what I had produced which was nice as I was having a hard time creating this environment and was having a lazy start to the week in general. So having this feedback gave me the confidence to carry on.

Thumbnail Colour Swatches
Using a combination of the two palettes (Violet’s Bedroom & Interior Mermaid Café) these were the thumbnails I was able to create and send over to the girls.

Feedback Received
After receiving this feedback I decided to do the same that I did when we were stuck between two colour palettes for Violet’s bedroom.
