Week 9

Interaction, controllers, UX, usability

In week 9 we learned about UI and the importance of a good UI, my game won’t have to much UI since I don’t plan on helping the player too much with instructions or navigation clues. The only UI showing on the screen will be a health bar and an inventory, the rest is for the player to figure out.

In this week I’ve also started thinking on what console and controls my game will be running on. Ive decided to make it a pc game with vr compatibility and even made a controls layout in my gdd for mouse and keyboard.
