In the project I wanted to highlight its part of connecting the the management game with story-based decisions. I am mainly a creator of narrative-heavy games and I wantedt to try to design something with a new structure to it. The management genre is alien to me, in creating, and I wantedt to tackle it and try to make something of it. The scope of the project is not as big as to create a captivating and multifaceted managerial experience, but the core experience of delegation was successfuly tied with narrative-based experience. The game’s design also subverts the expectations of what the managerial role is all about as I am trying to bring forward the stories of people being managed and not the successful collection of some material.
