The game has thems of opposing the dictat of the corporate overlords. As such I believe that it would be in its best intrest to be developed by indie developers. It should not contain any in-game purchases and should be treated as a similar game to ones such as Roadwarden or Citizen Sleeper – a book-game with one time purchase.
Niche
The game has a message of survival and perserverance of humankind. It should be portrayed as a story for our times. A game that let’s you find hope in humanities ability to survive and choose their own story. Game with compelling narrative of self-sufficiency and cooperation in face of grave danger and vast, desolate world.
Community
The game should be rather used to create community than to be sold. It should spark discussions about the choices that player faced in it and how did they feel about making them. The game can be a conduit for change in how we see cooperation and the cult of individualism in our society but also in our daily life.
