I was made the project manager, which meant that I would need to help keep us in line with time. I did this in a multitude of ways.

I created a condensed version of Annas GDD so we would have an easily accessible document to refer back to. Before, we would need to go onto her website to view and it was hard to navigate. However, with a condensed document it was easy to search by keyword to find the section you needed to refer to using google docs built in search system.

I also set up the Trello for us to track our tasks and organise them by priority. We could also tick it off when completed.

After every playtest I would make a task document from the feed back we received. This was also used to update the trello.

I also updated our initial plan using a few parts from Xanes version. This one included our verticle slice, the time frame and our own subsections with predicted tasks that we would need to complete.

I made all these accessible in our group server.
