Environment Development


Each environment scene will be home to the creatures I designed. The coven room as the name states will be where the coven leader resides and where the protagonist will converse with them throughout the story, the majority of interaction being at the beginning and end of the game. For example, the toad creature and matching witch will be present in the swamp area, the crow will be in the graveyard, the owl in the forest, the cat in the coven room and the frog in the lake.

Plan to create:

  • 4 main scenes
    -forest, lake, swamp, graveyard
  • 1 opening screen/menu

As the narrative of the game has major aspects, souls, I feel that it is only fitting for creative consistency to name my world as The Spirit Yonder. The world will be full of spirits/souls so this name fits perfectly.
